Karmaşık projelerde tek bir irtibat noktasının tanımlanması, bilgi akışının dağılmasını önler ve sorumluluğu netleştirir. Proje finansmanında, kredi verenler ile proje şirketi arasındaki resmi iletişimin ajan banka (facility agent) üzerinden tek kanala indirgenmesi yalnızca operasyonel kolaylık değil, hukuki bir zorunluluktur; çok sayıda kredi verenin bulunduğu sendikasyonlarda, bildirimlerin ve onay taleplerinin geçerli sayılması için sözleşmede tanımlı irtibat noktasına ulaştırılması şarttır.
English Definition
The designated person or unit through which communication between the parties and an institution or project is channelled. In complex projects, defining a single point of contact prevents the dispersion of information flow and clarifies responsibility. In project financing, reducing formal communication between the lenders and the project company to a single channel through the facility agent is not merely an operational convenience but a legal requirement; in syndications with many lenders, notices and consent requests must reach the point of contact defined in the contract for them to be treated as valid.
