Bir geminin ya da yükün liman tesislerini kullanması karşılığında liman idaresine ödediği ücretlerin genel adıdır; rıhtım, palamar, yükleme-boşaltma ve tesis kullanım kalemlerini kapsar. Büyük ölçekli projelerde ağır ve hacimli ekipmanın taşınmasında bu ücretler, EPC teslim maliyetinin gözden kaçırılan ama küçümsenemez bir kalemidir ve gecikmeli tahliye hâlinde demuraj ile birleşerek hızla büyür. Teslim koşullarının Incoterm seçimiyle hangi tarafın bu yükü taşıyacağı sözleşmede netleştirilmediğinde, maliyet çoğu zaman beklenmedik biçimde alıcıya kayar.
English Definition
The collective term for the fees a vessel or cargo pays to the port authority for use of port facilities, covering berthing, mooring, loading and unloading and facility-use items. In large-scale projects moving heavy and bulky equipment, these charges are an overlooked but non-trivial line in the EPC delivered cost, and they can grow quickly when combined with demurrage on delayed discharge. Where the delivery terms, through the choice of Incoterm, do not make clear which party bears this burden, the cost often shifts unexpectedly to the buyer.
