Bir üreticiye ya da ihracatçıya, gelecekteki ihracat sözleşmelerine ve doğacak alacaklara dayanılarak, üretim ve işletme sermayesini ihracat gerçekleşmeden önce fonlamak üzere sağlanan yapılandırılmış kredi imkânını (PXF) ifade eder. English Definition
A structured facility (PXF) extended to a producer or exporter, against future export contracts and the receivables they will generate, to fund production and working capital before export takes place — a workhorse for commodity producers in emerging markets. The linchpin of the structure is the assignment of offtake-contract proceeds into an offshore collection account, through which lenders capture repayment. That offshore waterfall account intercepts export proceeds before they enter the producer's home jurisdiction, insulating repayment from transfer and convertibility risk — the very mechanism that renders country risk bearable and the long-tenor commodity financing possible in the first place.
