Bir mal ya da hizmet için ilan edilmiş fiyatların cetvelidir; ticari ilişkide referans fiyat zeminini oluşturur. EPC ve tedarik sözleşmelerinde fiyatlandırılmış bir metraj cetveli (bill of quantities) ya da mutabık kalınan bir fiyat listesi, değişiklik (variation) fiyatlamasını yönetir; işverenin birim fiyatları bu listede baştan sabitlemesi, inşaat sırasında değişiklik emirlerinin (change order) fiyat şişkinliğini sınırlamanın temel aracıdır, zira sözleşmede birim fiyat çıpası bulunmadığında yüklenici her değişikliği yeniden pazarlık fırsatına çevirir.
English Definition
A schedule of published prices for a good or service, forming the reference price base in a commercial relationship. In EPC and supply contracts a priced bill of quantities or an agreed price list governs the pricing of variations; the owner's fixing of unit rates in this list at the outset is the principal means of containing change-order inflation during construction, since without a unit-price anchor in the contract the contractor turns every variation into a fresh negotiation, where its leverage is greatest once mobilised on site and the owner cannot readily replace it.
