English Definition
The set of revenue-generating goods and services a business offers to the market; in project finance, the outputs a facility produces and sells under offtake agreements. The pricing power, demand depth, and substitutability of those products directly determine how resilient the project's revenue stream is; a revenue structure dependent on a single product is exposed to a price collapse in that product's market. Lenders therefore examine how far product revenue is diversified and locked in through long-term purchase commitments to gauge the reliability of debt service.
