Sponsor açısından bu belge, potansiyel finansör ve danışmanlarla ilk teması yöneten araçtır. Uygulamada iyi kurgulanmış bir proje özeti, sonraki müzakere alanını sessizce belirler; kapsam ve risk paylaşımının burada nasıl çerçevelendiği, term sheet aşamasında hangi konuların tartışmaya bile açılmayacağını çoğu zaman önceden sabitler.
English Definition
The initial document that concisely defines a project's purpose, scope, core parameters, and expected outputs, aligning the parties on a common frame before detailed design and feasibility. For the sponsor it is the instrument governing first contact with prospective financiers and advisers. In practice a well-crafted project brief quietly sets the later negotiation space; how scope and risk allocation are framed here often fixes in advance which matters will not even be opened for discussion at the term-sheet stage.
