Geliştirici, sermayeyi getirmekten çok, projeyi finanse edilebilir hâle getiren hakları ve sözleşmeleri istifleyen taraftır. English Definition
The actor that carries a project from idea to financial close, assembling the permits, land rights, connection agreements, and commercial contracts. Rather than bringing capital, the developer is the party that stacks the rights and contracts that render a project financeable. Much of the value often arises not from construction but from this early-stage development optionality; indeed, a developer can sell a project with all permits complete and connection rights secured before financial close, realizing a significant portion of the value without ever committing capital.
