Finansman açısından bu program yalnızca bir yönetim aracı değil, çekiş takvimi, gecikme cezası tetikleri ve ticari işletmeye alma (COD) tarihine bağlı borç servis başlangıcının dayanağıdır. Deneyimli kredi veren programın toplam süresinden çok, kritik yol üzerindeki tek bir gecikmenin bütün zinciri nasıl kaydırdığına bakar; zira EPC kontratındaki gecikme cezası tavanı aşıldığında risk sponsorun öz kaynağına geri döner.
English Definition
A time plan showing the sequence, interdependencies, and dates of all work items from start to commercial operation. For financing it is not merely a management tool but the anchor for the drawdown timetable, the delay-liquidated-damages triggers, and the commencement of debt service tied to the commercial operation date. An experienced lender looks less at the total duration than at how a single slip on the critical path shifts the entire chain, since once the liquidated-damages cap in the EPC contract is exhausted, the residual risk flows back onto the sponsor's equity rather than the contractor's balance sheet.
