Sponsor kimliğini, projenin amacını, tahmini finansman büyüklüğünü ve çevresel-sosyal kategorisini içerir. English Definition
A document through which a development finance institution summarizes a project it is considering financing, under its public transparency obligation. It contains the sponsor's identity, the project's purpose, the estimated financing size, and its environmental and social category. The publication of this document is not merely a disclosure but a procedural threshold that starts a mandatory disclosure period which must elapse before board approval. In practice this period directly constrains the closing timetable, since for projects in a high environmental and social category the document must remain posted for a prescribed minimum period, and that clock must run out before approval can be tabled.
