Bir query'nin bicimsel olarak kaydedilmesi cogu zaman bir sureyi ve bir sorumluluk kaymasini baslatir; nitekim belgeli akreditifte incelemeci bankanin actigi query, odemeyi askiya alarak topu ihracatcinin vesaiki duzeltmesi ya da alicinin rezervi kaldirmasi yonune atar ve bu asama, odeme takviminin en sik tikandigi noktadir.
English Definition
A formally recorded question or objection raised over a transaction, document or data record with a request for clarification or correction; in letter-of-credit examination it denotes the technical notice flagging a discrepancy in the documents presented. Recording a query formally frequently starts both a clock and a shift of responsibility, since in a documentary credit the examining bank's query suspends payment and puts the ball into the exporter's court to cure the documents or the buyer's to waive the discrepancy. This stage is where the payment timetable most often stalls.
