English Definition
The official list of securities formally quoted on an exchange and subject to regular pricing; an instrument's admission to it entails accepting defined disclosure, liquidity and governance obligations. Admission is a structural threshold beyond visibility, since many institutional funds may, under their internal investment mandates, take positions only in instruments on the official quotation list. Listing a project bond therefore widens the demand pool, while the risk of delisting can trigger forced selling by those same funds and impose sudden pressure on price.
