Proje finansmanında bu analiz statik bir fotoğraf değil, projenin ömrü boyunca projeksiyona yayılan bir zaman serisidir; kredi veren, borç servis oranlarının en zayıf olduğu yılı tespit etmek için senaryoları bu çerçevede tarar. Tek bir dönemin güçlü oranı yanıltıcı olabilir, zira asıl risk, nakit akışının en gerildiği noktada yoğunlaşır.
English Definition
A method of interpreting financial statements through the ratios among their items to assess liquidity, leverage, efficiency, and profitability. In project finance this analysis is not a static snapshot but a time series projected across the life of the project; the lender scans scenarios in this frame to identify the year in which debt-service ratios are weakest. A single period's strong ratio can mislead, since the real risk concentrates at the point where cash flow is most strained.
