Bir işlemde fiilen elde edilen satış fiyatıdır; ilan edilen referans ya da piyasa fiyatının aksine, üreticinin kasasına giren net birim bedeli yansıtır. Merchant (sözleşmesiz) elektrik satan bir projede gerçekleşen fiyat ile bölgesel referans (hub) fiyatı arasındaki fark, asıl gelir sürücüsünü oluşturur; zira üretim tam da fiyatların düştüğü saatlerde yoğunlaşır ve şebeke kısıtı (curtailment) yüksek fiyatlı saatlerde satışı engelleyebilir. Bu nedenle deneyimli finansör, ortalama piyasa fiyatını değil, üretimle ağırlıklandırılmış yakalama oranını (capture rate) modelin merkezine koyar.
English Definition
The sale price actually achieved on a transaction; unlike a quoted reference or market price, it reflects the net unit proceeds that reach the producer's account. In a project selling merchant (uncontracted) power, the gap between the realised price and the regional hub price is the real revenue driver, because generation clusters precisely in the hours when prices fall, and grid curtailment can block sales in the high-priced hours. The experienced financier therefore places the generation-weighted capture rate, not the simple average market price, at the centre of the model — a solar project that reports a healthy annual average price may still capture a fraction of it, since it produces most heavily at the moment the price it earns is lowest.
