Bir ödemenin ya da malın teslim alındığını belgeleyen yazılı kanıt; daha geniş anlamda ise işletmeye giren para akışının kendisidir. Proje finansmanında ön koşulların (conditions precedent) yerine getirildiği, ödemelerin yapıldığı ya da malların teslim alındığı makbuzlarla belgelenir ve çekiş sertifikasyonunun dayanağını oluşturur. Nakit akış cetvelinde ise 'tahsilatlar' terimi, projenin ürettiği tüm gelirlerin toplandığı hasılat hesabına (proceeds account) giren tutarları ifade eder; teminatlı yapılarda bu hesabın kontrolü kredi verende olduğundan, tahsilatların önce bu hesaptan geçip cetvelin sırasına göre dağıtılması bir güvence mekanizmasıdır.
English Definition
Written evidence that a payment or good has been received; in the broader sense, the inflow of money into the business itself. In project finance, the satisfaction of conditions precedent, the making of payments, and the delivery of goods are evidenced by receipts, which form the basis of drawdown certification. In the cash-flow waterfall the term 'receipts' denotes the amounts entering the proceeds account into which all revenue the project generates is swept; because in secured structures the lender controls that account, the requirement that receipts pass first through it and are then distributed according to the order of the cascade is itself a security mechanism — the sponsor never touches revenue before the debt-service and reserve tiers above it have been served.
