Sipariş edilen mal veya ekipmanın fiilen teslim alındığını, miktar, durum ve şartname uygunluğunu belgeleyen iç kontrol evrakıdır; satın alma siparişi ve tedarikçi faturasıyla üçlü eşleştirmenin (three-way match) üçüncü ayağını oluşturur. Bu eşleşme sağlanmadan ödemenin serbest bırakılmaması, hem sahte fatura hem de teslim edilmemiş kalem riskini kapatır. English Definition
An internal control document evidencing that ordered goods or equipment were actually received, recording quantity, condition, and conformity to specification, and forming the third leg of the three-way match against the purchase order and the supplier invoice. Withholding payment until that match holds closes off both fraudulent-invoice and non-delivery exposure. In project construction, receiving reports feed into the progress certificates underlying a drawdown request, forming the start of the documentary chain through which a lender confirms actual completion before releasing funds.
