EPC sözleşmelerinde avans ödemesi tipik olarak her hakedişten sabit bir yüzdeyle mahsup edilir ve avans teminat mektubu, mahsup ilerledikçe kademeli olarak azalır. English Definition
The process by which a prepaid advance is recouped through proportional deductions from subsequent progress payments or deliveries. In EPC contracts the advance is typically recovered at a fixed percentage of each interim certificate, with the advance-payment guarantee stepping down as recovery proceeds. The point that matters to lenders is that the recovery pace stays aligned with physical progress; where it lags, the unrecovered balance becomes an unsecured exposure the moment the contractor defaults, precisely when the guarantee is hardest to call.
