Altyapı ve yenilenebilir enerji fonlarında bu döngü, sınırlı öz kaynağı büyütmenin başlıca yoludur: işletmeye alınmış bir varlık, daha düşük getiri bekleyen uzun vadeli bir alıcıya satılır ve serbest kalan sermaye, geliştirme riskinin daha yüksek getiri sunduğu erken aşama projelere aktarılır. English Definition
The strategy of divesting a matured, de-risked asset and channelling the freed capital into fresh development projects. In infrastructure and renewables funds this loop is the principal means of stretching finite equity: an operating asset is sold to a long-horizon buyer content with a lower return, and the released capital is redeployed into earlier-stage projects where development risk still commands a higher one. The velocity of the recycle is what actually governs the distribution profile a fund has promised its investors, more than the headline asset count.
