Düzenli katkı, itfanın büyük bölümünü vadeden önce fonlayarak balon geri ödeme riskini dağıtır ve yatırımcıya kredi kalitesi açısından ek bir güvence sağlar. English Definition
A pool the issuer accumulates periodically in a segregated account to ease the obligation of repaying bond principal in a single sum at maturity. Regular contributions pre-fund much of the redemption ahead of schedule, spreading bullet-repayment risk and giving investors additional credit comfort. In project finance the same logic is built as a debt-service reserve account, and lenders tie its minimum balance to a covenant so that cash cannot flow through to the sponsor until the buffer is full — the reserve is a claim on cash that ranks ahead of any distribution.
