Bir borcun ya da menkul kıymet ihracının anapara geri ödemelerinin zamanlamasını ve tutarlarını önceden belirleyen programdır. Plan; eşit taksitli, artan bakiyeli ya da vade sonunda toplu (bullet) ödeme biçiminde kurgulanabilir ve seçilen profil, borçlunun nakit akışı ile eşleştirilir. Proje finansmanında itfa planı çoğu zaman borç servis örtüsü hedefine göre yontulur (sculpting); anapara, projenin öngörülen serbest nakit akışıyla orantılı olarak dağıtılır, böylece DSCR düşük hasılat yıllarında bile hedef bandın altına inmez.
English Definition
A programme fixing in advance the timing and amounts of principal repayments on a debt or securities issue. It may be structured as equal instalments, a rising-balance profile or a lump-sum bullet at maturity, with the chosen shape matched to the borrower's cash flow. In project finance the redemption plan is frequently sculpted to a target debt-service cover: principal is distributed in proportion to the project's projected free cash flow, so that the DSCR holds above its covenanted band even in lower-revenue years rather than breaching in the thin ones.
