Proje finansmanında fonların havale edilmesi, özellikle sınır ötesi yapılarda salt bir operasyonel adım değildir; kur kontrolleri, merkez bankası onayları ve transfer kısıtlamaları, gelirin ya da temettünün yurt dışına çıkarılmasını geciktirebilir ya da engelleyebilir, bu nedenle havale kabiliyeti çoğu zaman siyasi risk sigortası ve hesap yapısıyla ayrıca güvenceye alınır.
English Definition
To send money from one party to another, usually through a bank, in discharge of a debt or obligation. In project finance the remittance of funds is no mere operational step, especially in cross-border structures, for exchange controls, central-bank approvals, and transfer restrictions can delay or block the movement of revenue or dividends out of the host country. The capacity to remit is therefore frequently secured separately through political risk insurance and an offshore account structure that captures hard-currency proceeds before they can be trapped onshore.
