Sınır ötesi proje finansmanı esasen böyle bir sermaye ihracıdır; yatırımcı ya da kredi veren, taşıdığı ülke ve transfer riskinin karşılığında bir getiri primi talep eder ve bu primin büyüklüğü, ev sahibi ülkenin gelirin geri gönderilmesine ilişkin kısıtlamalarının algılanan ağırlığıyla doğrudan orantılıdır.
English Definition
A flow of capital directed out of a country in order to generate a return in the form of interest, dividends, or capital gains, distinguished by that expectation of yield from grants or aid transfers made without consideration. Cross-border project finance is, in essence, such an export of capital, where the investor or lender demands a return premium in exchange for bearing country and transfer risk. The size of that premium is directly proportional to the perceived weight of the host state's restrictions on the repatriation of income.
