Aynı ya da benzer proje modelinin, bir portföy ya da program düzeyinde art arda çoğaltılarak ölçeğe ulaşma stratejisidir; tekil bir tekrardan çok, standartlaştırmayı sistematik bir büyüme yöntemine dönüştürür. Şablonlaşma, her yeni projede işlem maliyetini ve müzakere süresini azalttıkça birim maliyet düşer. Proje finansmanında projelerin tekrarlanması, tekil işlem finansmanından platform ya da çerçeve finansmanına geçişi mümkün kılar; kredi verenler, tek tek varlıkları değerlendirmek yerine standartlaştırılmış bir kriter setiyle bir dizi benzer projeyi tek bir fon altında onaylayarak, hem kendi izleme yükünü hem de sponsorun kapanış maliyetini belirgin biçimde düşürür.
English Definition
A strategy of reaching scale by serially reproducing the same or a similar project model at portfolio or program level, turning standardization into a systematic method of growth rather than a single repetition. As templating lowers transaction cost and negotiation time on each new project, unit cost falls. In project finance, replication of projects enables the shift from single-deal financing to platform or framework financing; instead of appraising assets one by one, lenders approve a series of similar projects under a single facility against a standardized criteria set, materially reducing both their monitoring burden and the sponsor's cost of closing.
