English Definition
The set of financial statements, compliance certificates and operational disclosures a borrower is obliged to deliver periodically under a credit agreement, bond indenture or regulatory regime. In project finance these obligations are woven into the covenant package: DSCR calculations, insurance renewal confirmations and construction progress reports are tied to fixed calendars, and a single late filing can trip a technical default. Lenders design this flow less as monitoring than as an early-warning mechanism that surfaces stress before it reaches the payment waterfall.
