Böyle bir yargı bölgesinde geliştirilen projede finansman yapısı, kâr transferinin ve borç servisinin fiili olarak yapılabilirliğine göre kurgulanır; nitekim kreditörler çoğu zaman off-shore bir tahsilat hesabı ve döviz konvertibilite garantisi talep eder, aksi halde yerel para cinsinden biriken gelir sınır ötesine taşınamaz.
English Definition
A market in which the inflow of foreign capital, the movement of currency, or dealing in particular instruments is curtailed by regulatory barriers, with capital controls, ownership ceilings, and repatriation limits as the typical tools. A project developed in such a jurisdiction has its financing structured around the practical feasibility of profit transfer and debt service; lenders frequently insist on an offshore collection account and a currency-convertibility guarantee, without which revenue accumulating in local currency cannot cross the border.
