Riskin tanımlanmasından izlenmesine uzanan, döngüsel ve sürekli bir süreç olarak yürütülen uygulamalar bütünüdür; tek seferlik bir değerlendirme değil, projenin ömrü boyunca yeniden kalibre edilen bir pratiktir. Proje finansmanında bu süreç imza öncesi due diligence ile başlar, kapanışta covenant paketine sabitlenir ve işletme döneminde raporlama disipliniyle sürdürülür. Sürecin zayıf halkası genellikle kapanış sonrasıdır; risk profili inşa tamamlandığında kökten değişmesine rağmen izleme çerçevesi çoğu zaman finansal kapanış anındaki varsayımlara demirli kalır.
English Definition
The body of practice conducted as a cyclical and continuous process running from the identification of risk through to its monitoring — not a one-off assessment but a discipline recalibrated across the life of the project. In project finance the process begins with pre-signing due diligence, is fixed into the covenant package at closing, and is sustained through reporting discipline during operations. Its weak link is usually the post-closing phase; although the risk profile changes fundamentally once construction is complete, the monitoring framework often remains anchored to the assumptions in force at financial close.
