Bir aracı kurumun müşterisine, gerçekleştirdiği menkul kıymet işlemlerini fiyat, miktar, komisyon ve valör tarihi ayrıntısıyla bildirdiği dönemsel ya da işlem-bazlı belgedir. Belge, işlemin teyidi ve muhasebeleştirme için esas alınır; proje finansmanında ise bir bononun ikincil piyasada hangi fiyattan el değiştirdiğini gösteren bu ekstreler, seyrek işlem gören altyapı borcunda güncel piyasa değeri (mark-to-market) tespitinin nadir doğrulanabilir dayanaklarından biri olduğundan, gerçeğe uygun değer denetiminde belirli bir kanıt ağırlığı taşır.
English Definition
A securities trading statement is a periodic or transaction-based document by which a brokerage reports executed securities transactions to its client, detailing price, quantity, commission and value date. It serves as confirmation and the basis for accounting entries. In project finance, because these statements show the price at which a bond changed hands in the secondary market, they are among the rare verifiable anchors for marking thinly traded infrastructure debt to market, and thus carry evidentiary weight in a fair-value audit.
