Bir ülkenin veya sektörün makroekonomik durumunu özetlemek üzere derlenen; büyüme, enflasyon, cari denge, döviz kuru, kamu borcu ve faiz gibi sınırlı sayıda temel veriden oluşan gösterge kümesidir. Proje finansmanında bu tablo, bilgi memorandumunun ve kredi komitesi sunumunun ülke riski bölümünde standart biçimde yer alır; asıl işlevi rakamları listelemek değil, borç servisini taşıyan gelirin makro duyarlılığını çerçevelemektir. Deneyimli analist bu göstergelerden özellikle döviz kuru ve enflasyon patikasını ayıklar, zira yerel para cinsinden gelir ile döviz cinsinden borç arasındaki uyumsuzluk çoğu sınır-ötesi projede asıl kırılganlık noktasıdır.
English Definition
A curated set of a limited number of headline macroeconomic data points — growth, inflation, current account, exchange rate, public debt and interest rates — assembled to characterise the condition of a country or sector. In project finance this table is a standard fixture of the country-risk section of an information memorandum and credit committee paper, and its real function is not to list figures but to frame the macro sensitivity of the revenue that must service the debt. A seasoned analyst isolates the exchange-rate and inflation path in particular, since the mismatch between local-currency revenue and hard-currency debt is the principal fragility in most cross-border projects.
