Ayni uzlaşma, teslim edilen varlığın değerleme ve taşıma maliyetini uzlaşan tarafa yüklediği için likidite değil operasyonel yönetim gerektirir. Proje işlemlerinde bir off-take sözleşmesinin ayni bileşeni, alıcının fiziksel ürünü alma kapasitesini teyit etmeyi zorunlu kılar; aksi halde teslim yükümlülüğü, satıcı için gizli bir depolama ve elden çıkarma maliyetine dönüşür.
English Definition
The discharge of an obligation by actual delivery of the underlying asset or an equivalent security rather than cash; physical delivery in commodity futures and the return of fund holdings in portfolio assets rather than cash are typical forms. Because settlement in kind loads the valuation and carrying cost of the delivered asset onto the receiving party, it demands operational management rather than liquidity. In project transactions the in-kind component of an off-take contract makes it essential to confirm the buyer's capacity to take the physical product; otherwise the delivery obligation becomes a hidden storage and disposal cost for the seller.
