Proje finansmanında kredi verenler kredi dosyasına tipik olarak kısa form görüşü ekler, ancak deneyimli analist standart olumlu görüş ifadesinin ardındaki vurgu paragraflarına ve işletmenin sürekliliği kaydına özellikle bakar, zira asıl bilgi çoğu zaman raporun standart gövdesinde değil, bu istisna kayıtlarında saklıdır.
English Definition
An audit report in which the independent auditor presents its opinion on the financial statements in a standard, concise and largely pre-formatted layout, covering the scope of the audit, responsibilities and the opinion, but not the detailed findings and analysis, which belong in the long-form report. In project finance lenders typically place the short-form opinion in the credit file, yet an experienced analyst looks particularly at the emphasis-of-matter paragraphs behind the standard unqualified opinion and at any going-concern note, because the real information is often hidden not in the standard body of the report but in these exception notes.
