Borçlunun, ödeme yükümlülüğünden kaçmak için adresini terk edip iz bırakmadan kaybolduğu (İngilizce to skip) alacak hesabıdır; tahsilat literatüründe borçluya ulaşılamayan dosyaları tanımlar. Bu hesaplar, teminatsız tüketici ve ticari kredide zarar yazma oranını yükselten en zorlu tahsilat kategorisidir. Proje finansmanında doğrudan görülmese de, aynı mekanik yerel taşeron ve tedarikçi ilişkilerinde belirir; ön ödeme almış bir taşeronun ortadan kaybolması, teminat mektubu ya da performans bonosu ile arkalanmadıkça, inşaat bütçesinde telafisi güç bir boşluk açar.
English Definition
A receivable account in which the debtor, to evade the obligation, has abandoned the known address and disappeared without trace — to 'skip' — describing files in collections practice where the debtor cannot be located. Such accounts are the hardest collection category and lift the write-off rate in unsecured consumer and trade credit. Though not seen directly in project finance, the same mechanic appears in local subcontractor and supplier relationships; a subcontractor who takes an advance and vanishes opens a gap in the construction budget that is hard to recover unless backed by a letter of credit or performance bond.
