Salt niyet beyanından ayrıldığı nokta atfedilebilirlik sorunudur: gözlenen değişimin ne kadarının projeye, ne kadarının dış etkenlere ait olduğunu ayrıştırmak yöntemsel olarak zordur. English Definition
The measurable change an intervention, project or investment produces in people's living conditions, ranging from employment and health outcomes to gender balance and displacement. What separates it from a mere statement of intent is the attribution problem: isolating how much of an observed change belongs to the project rather than to external factors is methodologically hard. In impact-investing agreements this difficulty feeds straight into the cost of capital; a social-impact commitment resting on a weakly defined measurement framework erodes the valuation premium at exit and makes secondary buyers cautious.
