Kalkınma finansmanı kuruluşları için bir altyapı projesinin yaşam standardına etkisi soyut bir sosyal amaç değil, yatırımın katma değerini ve kalkınma sonucunu ölçen somut bir değerlendirme eksenidir. A measure characterising the level of material welfare and consumption reached by an individual, household, or society — the combination of income, access to goods and services, and public provision. For development finance institutions the effect of an infrastructure project on the standard of living is not an abstract social aim but a concrete axis for assessing the investment's additionality and development outcome. That basic infrastructure such as energy access, water, and transport raises the standard of living supplies these projects with their conceptual financing rationale and often grounds their access to concessional funding and longer tenors; measurable development impact is a lever that directly improves financing terms rather than a soft consideration.
