Bir ekonominin belirli bir andaki toplam sağlığını özetleyen; büyüme, istihdam, enflasyon, faiz ve talep koşullarının birleşik görünümüdür. Bu makro çerçeve tek tek projelerin varsayımlarını dışarıdan kuşatır; bir enerji ya da altyapı yatırımının talep, tarife ve finansman maliyeti projeksiyonları, içinde bulunulan konjonktürün örtük varsayımlarını taşır. English Definition
The combined picture of an economy's overall health at a given moment — growth, employment, inflation, interest rates and demand conditions. This macro frame externally surrounds the assumptions of individual projects; the demand, tariff and financing-cost projections of an energy or infrastructure investment carry the implicit assumptions of the prevailing cycle. In project finance lenders test this sensitivity through base, upside and downside cases; the real analytical step is not to describe the state of the economy but to position in advance at which threshold a deterioration would carry the DSCR into a covenant breach.
