Plan, ayrılan opsiyon havuzunun büyüklüğü kadar önemlidir, zira bu havuz mevcut ortakların gelecekteki seyreltme yükünü önceden belirler. English Definition
The formal framework a company establishes to grant stock options to employees and executives, defining vesting schedules, exercise terms and the total share pool. The plan matters as much for the size of the reserved option pool, since that pool predetermines the future dilution burden on existing shareholders. When investing in a project developer, investment committees fold the pool into the fully diluted cap table and often require it be expanded pre-financing; whose ledger absorbs that dilution, incumbent or new investor, is a quiet but decisive line item in the term-sheet negotiation.
