Sadeliği hem gücü hem sınırıdır; proje finansmanı due diligence'ında bu araç ancak her hücreye somut, ölçülebilir ve karşı tarafın davranışına bağlı gözlemler girildiğinde değer taşır. Aksi halde genel geçer ifadelerle doldurulan bir SWOT tablosu, gerçek risk tahsisini gizleyen bir tören belgesine dönüşür ve yatırım komitesini yanlış bir güven duygusuna sürükleyebilir.
English Definition
A widely used strategic diagnostic that summarizes an entity's or project's internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats across four quadrants. Its simplicity is both its strength and its limit; in project-finance due diligence the tool carries value only when each cell is filled with concrete, measurable observations tied to counterparty behavior. Otherwise a SWOT filled with generic statements becomes a ceremonial document that conceals the real allocation of risk and can lull an investment committee into false confidence.
