Alt borçlulardan tahsil edilen geri ödemelerin toplanıp ana krediye aktarılmak üzere biriktirildiği ayrıştırılmış hesaptır. Bu hesap, aracı kurumun kendi işletme nakdi ile alt kredi tahsilatını birbirinden ayırarak kaynağın izlenebilirliğini sağlar; kalkınma finansmanı kuruluşları çoğu zaman bu hesabı rehinli ya da kontrol altında tutarak temerrüt hâlinde tahsilata doğrudan erişim ister. Uygulamada asıl mesele, hesaptaki bakiyenin aracının iflas masasından fiilen ayrıştırılıp ayrıştırılamayacağıdır.
English Definition
A segregated account in which repayments collected from sub-borrowers are pooled before being passed on to the head lender. It keeps the intermediary's own working cash separate from subloan collections and thereby preserves traceability of the proceeds, and development finance institutions frequently require the account to be pledged or otherwise controlled so they can reach collections directly on a default. The substantive question in practice is whether the balance in the account is genuinely insulated from the intermediary's own insolvency estate.
