Çerçeve ve program kredilerinde her alt proje kendi teknik, çevresel ve finansal uygunluk incelemesinden geçer; kullandırım, tüm programın değil ilgili alt projenin belirli tamamlanma eşiklerine bağlanır. Bu yapının kaldıracı, sermayenin tek bir büyük taahhüt yerine olgunlaşan alt projelere kademeli aktarılmasıdır; böylece finansör, program düzeyinde taahhüt verirken riski proje bazında adım adım üstlenir.
English Definition
A component project that is appraised and financed individually within a broader program or framework facility. Under framework and program loans, each subproject passes its own technical, environmental, and financial eligibility review, and disbursement is tied to defined completion thresholds of that subproject rather than of the whole program. The leverage of this structure is that capital is released in stages to subprojects as they mature, so the financier commits at the program level while taking on the risk step by step at the individual-project level.
