Boru hattı, iletim hattı ya da veri merkezi gibi varlıklarda taahhüt edilen kapasite çoğu zaman al-ya-da-öde (take-or-pay) esasıyla fiyatlanır; kullanıcı kapasiteyi fiilen kullanmasa dahi rezerve ettiği miktar üzerinden ödeme yapar. English Definition
The amount of capacity that a user has reserved and committed to in advance on an infrastructure asset. In assets such as pipelines, transmission lines, or data centers, subscribed capacity is often priced on a take-or-pay basis, so the user pays for the reserved amount even if it does not actually use it. This structure is the core of the project's revenue predictability, since lenders size the debt service against the contractual guarantee of subscribed capacity rather than against actual throughput.
