İşlevi biçimsel görünse de, bu form iştirakin adedini, fiyatını ve tarafın beyanlarını sabitleyerek ihraççı ile yatırımcı arasındaki yükümlülüğün başlangıç noktasını oluşturur. Uygulamada gecikmelerin ve uyuşmazlıkların önemli bir kısmı, formun kayıt-öncesi (KYC) ve uygunluk şartlarını eksiksiz karşılamamasından doğar; özellikle sınır ötesi ihraçlarda formdaki tek bir eksik beyan, kapanış takvimini bir sonraki işlem penceresine kaydırabilir.
English Definition
The document by which an investor formalizes its commitment to subscribe to a security or fund interest. Though its function looks purely formal, the form fixes the quantity and price of the subscription and the party's representations, and so marks the starting point of the obligation between issuer and investor. In practice a significant share of delays and disputes arises where the form fails to fully satisfy know-your-customer and eligibility requirements, and in cross-border issuances a single missing declaration can push the closing timetable into the next dealing window.
