Bir sponsorun geliştirme platformunda çok sayıda proje şirketine yayılan paylaşılan bir destek birimi, bir maliyet dağıtımı sorunu yaratır; bu birimin maliyetinin her projeye nasıl yüklendiği, ilgili SPV'nin bağımsız ekonomisini değiştirir ve kredi verenlerin inceleyeceği geliştirme ücretini şişirebilir. English Definition
An organisational unit that provides administrative, technical or specialist support to the units carrying out an organisation's core activity, potentially housing shared functions such as legal, engineering, tax and procurement. In a sponsor's development platform, a shared support unit spread across many project companies creates a cost-allocation question: how its cost is charged to each project alters that SPV's standalone economics and can inflate a development fee lenders will scrutinise. Indeed the arm's-length character of related-party service charges is tested precisely on this allocation line.
