Çekiş mekaniğinde bir construction loan altında geri ödenen her maliyet, destekleyici belgelerle ispatlanmak zorundadır; ajan bankanın ön koşul (conditions precedent) kontrol listesi, borçlunun beyanını değil, tam olarak bu destekleyici belge paketinin eksiksizliğini sınar. English Definition
A document evidencing the reality and amount of a transaction, expenditure or claim—invoices, progress certificates, contracts and receipts among them. In drawdown mechanics, every cost reimbursed under a construction loan must be evidenced by supporting documents; the agent bank's conditions-precedent checklist tests not the borrower's assertion but the completeness of this supporting-document package before releasing funds. Indeed disbursement is frequently delayed by a single missing certificate, making documentary discipline a more critical source of schedule slippage than it appears on the construction timeline.
