Küçük bir kalem gibi görünse de, kimin ödeyeceği ve raporun kime karşı sorumluluk doğuracağı sözleşme müzakeresinin ince ama önemli bir noktasıdır; ücreti ödeyen tarafın raporu yönlendirebileceği endişesi, kredi verenlerin ekspertizi kendi seçtiği ama borçluya fatura ettiği bir yapı kurmasına yol açar. English Definition
The fee paid to an independent expert for a survey, technical inspection or valuation service. Though it looks like a minor item, who bears it and to whom the report owes a duty is a fine but material point of negotiation; the concern that the paying party might steer the report leads lenders to a structure in which they appoint the surveyor but invoice the cost to the borrower. In project budgets these fees typically sit among the non-refundable transaction costs.
