English Definition
The delivery group, composed of experienced sector executives, that provides on-site advisory to enterprises in transition and emerging economies under the TurnAround Management programme. What distinguishes the arrangement is that the advice is delivered not through abstract management theory but through operational experience transferred directly by practitioners who have run businesses in the same sector; what such enterprises lack is often, as much as capital, the institutional memory of management practice at an international standard. In project finance this group carries the corporate readiness that renders an enterprise creditworthy.
