English Definition
A certificate accompanying a dividend payment that records the amount of tax credit or withholding tax associated with the dividend. Tax vouchers provide shareholders with the documentation needed to claim tax credits or file accurate tax returns. Under imputation systems, the voucher shows the franking credit representing corporate tax already paid on the distributed profits.
