Sendikasyon kredilerinde acentelik koşulları, kredi acentesinin krediyi yönetme, ödemeleri dağıtma ve borçlu ile kredi veren grup arasındaki iletişimi sağlama rolünü düzenler. Bu koşullar genellikle kredi sözleşmesinin acentelik bölümünde belirlenir.
English Definition
The contractual provisions that define the scope of authority, duties, compensation, and liability limitations of an agent acting on behalf of a principal. In syndicated lending, terms of agency govern the facility agent's role in administering the loan, distributing payments, and communicating between the borrower and lender group. These terms are typically set out in the agency section of the credit agreement.
