Tahvil menkul kıymetlerinin mülkiyetinin ciro ve tescil yoluyla ya da hamiline yazılı tahviller söz konusu olduğunda teslim yoluyla bir sahipten diğerine devredilmesi sürecidir. Devir, güven sözleşmesi veya tahvil anlaşmasında belirlenen koşullara uygun olmalıdır ve yönetim kurulu onayı veya asgari devir tutarları gibi kısıtlamalara tabi olabilir. Yargı alanına bağlı olarak damga vergisi ve tescil harçları uygulanabilir.
English Definition
The process of conveying ownership of debenture securities from one holder to another through endorsement and registration or, in the case of bearer debentures, by delivery. The transfer must comply with the terms set forth in the trust deed or debenture agreement, and may be subject to restrictions such as board approval or minimum transfer amounts. Stamp duty and registration fees may apply depending on the jurisdiction.
