Güven veren, güven senedi veya güven sözleşmesi aracılığıyla düzenlemenin amaçlarını, koşullarını ve süresini belirleyerek güven ilişkisinin koşullarını oluşturur. Güven ilişkisi geri dönülemez hale geldiğinde güven veren genellikle devredilen varlıklar üzerindeki kontrolünü bırakır.
English Definition
The person or entity that creates a trust by transferring assets to a trustee for the benefit of designated beneficiaries, also known as the settlor, grantor, or creator of the trust. The trustor establishes the terms of the trust through the trust deed or trust agreement, specifying the purposes, conditions, and duration of the arrangement. Once the trust is irrevocable, the trustor generally relinquishes control over the transferred assets.
