Tek bir yüklenicinin bir tesisin komple tasarım, inşaat ve devreye alma sorumluluğunu üstlenerek tesisi işletmeye hazır durumda sahibine teslim ettiği sözleşme kapsamında gerçekleştirilen projedir. Anahtar teslim düzenlemeler inşaat riskini yükleniciye aktarır ve mal sahibi için proje yönetimini basitleştirir. EPC (Mühendislik, Tedarik ve İnşaat) sözleşmeleri kapsamında enerji üretimi, endüstriyel tesis ve altyapı geliştirmede yaygındır.
English Definition
A project delivered under a contract in which a single contractor assumes responsibility for the complete design, construction, and commissioning of a facility, handing it over to the owner in a ready-to-operate condition. Turnkey arrangements transfer construction risk to the contractor and simplify project management for the owner. They are common in power generation, industrial plant, and infrastructure development under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
