Ödenmemiş sermaye, hissedarlardan bir alacağı temsil eder ve ek fonlama gerektiğinde yönetim kurulu tarafından talep edilebilir. Bankacılık düzenlemesinde, ödenmemiş sermaye tamamen ödenene kadar nitelikli sermaye hesaplamasından hariç tutulur.
English Definition
The portion of subscribed share capital that shareholders have committed to pay but have not yet remitted to the company. Unpaid capital represents a receivable from shareholders and may be called by the board when additional funding is required. In banking regulation, unpaid capital is excluded from the calculation of qualifying capital until it has been fully paid in.
