Teminatsiz esasa dayali, borclanma veya kredi islemlerinde borcalinin herhangi bir teminat veya varlik rehni sunmadigi yapiyi ifade eder. Bu yapida kredi veren tamamen borcalinin kredi degerliligi ve genel geri odeme kapasitesine guvenmelidir. Teminatsiz tesisler, alacaklinin ustlendigi yuksek temerrut riskini telafi etmek icin genellikle daha yuksek faiz oranlari tasir.

An unsecured basis refers to a lending or credit arrangement in which the borrower provides no collateral or specific asset pledge to secure the obligation. Under this structure, the lender relies solely on the borrower's creditworthiness and general repayment capacity. Unsecured facilities typically carry higher interest rates to compensate for the elevated default risk borne by the creditor.
